Shocking for sure. I have been several times and so has my family, and staff is amazing. I have run into a few that are shy but not rude.

Thats a shame to hear because I have been there numerous times and never have I been treated any way but professionally. In fact, been there as recently as two weeks ago and have an appointment for next week as well.
