Are the cars hand washed in this place? oR they only have those machines? I don't like them, I think that along the time, it scratches all the car. I don't care if it takes a while.

It has the machines but I guarantee it does not scratch your car they have very Advanced Equipment and very well taken care of I already checked them out and besides I have a 20/20 Chevy Silverado black and I definitely don't want no scratches either and I've been using them now over a year and haven't seen anything very happy with the service definitely recommend the hot wash
