We want to switch to your animal hospital, what records do you need from my other vet?

You should contact Greenwood Lake Hospital and ask. At a minimum I would think they need current status of all vaccinations ,

S I dont think anything, they will tell u if u need anything. I've always gone there. However my son did bring his dog there, no records rabies vaccines
