It uses brushes so no it's not touchless.
You don't sit in your car while it's being washed, they run in through the machine themselves; it isn't touchless. EDIT: I believe if you're getting the outside only wash, you do sit in your car.
The wash itself is touch-less. But they do dry your car off with towels afterwards. They offer a hand wash also
No it is not. They have rotating things. They're not brushes. Look like chamois. You do actually sit in the car & then get out while they clean the inside. They do a VERY good job. I get "The Works" for $20 and is almost as good as the $100+ I once paid a place to detail
