I went in with progressive lenses for distance and close up, but the prescription they gave me was for distance only. They never even tested me for near vision. After I got the new lenses, I discovered I couldn't read anything. I had the lenses made at Walmart because I wanted them in my existing frames (Vision One new frames range from $250-$500) and they told me they would have to have to have my frames for 2 weeks. I wouldn't be able to drive without them, so I went to Walmart where they don't need to have your frames and they get the new lenses back in 5 days at a much cheaper cost. I went back to Vision One to have them fix my prescription and they were pretty nasty. They told me it was MY fault that I didn't ASK for progressive lenses, even though that's what I came in with. They wanted to charge me $375 for new lenses (in my frames). Walmart just charged me the difference between the lenses I already paid for and the new progressive lenses. Vision One wasn't interested in making this right and couldn't care less about owning up to THEIR mistake.

Humana offers multiple types of insurance plans. Our recommendation would be to call our office closest to you and provide your insurance information for verification.
Yes they do. It's not great but it should cover exam and some of your frame and lenses. I have HG.
