Its possible but that all depends on the make of the car and mileage and what your credit is like. Your not going to get a high end car for that kind of note with subpar or bad credit.
U can literally call and they will let you know over the phone and keep their word once you go up there I got a 2015 Nissan Altima no money down ...but I had a co signer
Yo can get a car with no money down, but not sure about less than 350 a month. It depends on the cost and how many years you want to finance
