I would recommend just sampling the church on a Sunday service and then speaking with the staff or Elders afterwards to really get a clear view of any church in the area. They are the only one that really know the official stance of the church most likely

Not practiced nor condemned. While they believe it is an element of the bible and has taken place, the congregation and pastors do not actively practice speaking in tongues or laying hands on one another for healing

Speaking in tongues means that you have the ability to speak in a language other than your native tongue. Babbling sounds that No one can understand makes no sense. Study the manuscripts. When the Holy Spirit (which is God's spirit) spoke to the multitude which came from many areas on Pentecost , He spoke in all the languages so ALL could understand. He didn't blubber incoherently .

It is not seen at cornerstone, but as far as i know it is not practiced there, as for healing hands that falls in the same category
