SSA office does not handle changes in Medicare supplemental plans. If you are recieving SSA or SSi benefits they can do a change of address that will change your address also with Medicare.
Do you have social security already?If you don't have it you need social security card /number .You can also call them (social security) and ask them. I also believe you can go online to Medicare. gov
