No you can't. It's online and it's a huge hassle to say the least. Top it of it'll take 6 weeks to come in.
Looking at the posted pictures for this location there's a sign that indicates you must go to one of two Phoenix locations. I'm not 100% sure on this. I would try to find a FAQ page on the website. Hope this helps.
