i was suppose to have received a call back in the last 7 days about an incorrect benefit reduction and have not been called. I have been spending hours on hold and not getting through to an agent. Do I have any other options?

Online. I too was on hold for hours. Trust me the wait time sucks but you have peace of mind talking to someone to get the right answers. Trust me waiting on the phone in my opinion is the best way to get correct information.
