I agree that most are not spicy. The red hot sauce is pretty spicy though. The green not so much.

Most of the plates are not spicy. Hey, I was brought up on Easten European, mostly boiled foods. Try Huevos Rancheros, Chile Rellenos, Green Chili Pork, or cheese enchiladas to start. Don't go to the salsa bar or try the salsa bars carrot slices.
The food isn't spicy on its own, just stay away from the red sauce/salsa.
