No this facility is for seniors that are not as independent. It is assisted living. The residents may need help in one or more activities of daily life: eg. walking, toileting, eating etc. The residents have their own little apt unit. There are activities thru out the day. Meals are served cafeteria style with all residents eating all meals together. There is definitely a level of some Independence. They go on sponsored bus rides with chaperones for errands. There is basic care for nursing assistance for meds, showering. There is also a memory care secure unit for alzheimers and severe dementia care. If you want gym /fitness you are looking more for independent senior living. They are many good ones out there. You have an independent senior living environment with social and community programs and resources self contained in the living environment. There is no need for supportive care. Assisted living like this one is the next step up if a little help is needed. Hope this helps.
