What is the origin story of the "Neighborhood Services" name? My family went and loved it and the intrigue of the name was as much as the raves regarding the experience.

When Nick Badovinus was searching for a location to open his first restaurant, he saw a blueprint for a whole neighborhood. At the top of the blueprint, it said "neighborhood services". He liked the concept of having a restaurant that serviced the neighborhood, a place full of locals and regulars.

I think its the title of the document via the City of Dallas used to open a services, such as a restaurant. No, I don't own or operate a restaurant. Just a huge fan of NHS!
