Westgate is huge are you calling the location or the 800 number it makes a difference. They have always treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Ask to speak to a supervisor.

This company is a joke. I've called for 3 days to the customer service line to cancel my order within my 14 day refund period. But no one answers, holding on for 40 mins+each call. This is really sad
