Are Westgate Travel Club membership owners required to pay additional fee's for wifi and water park at Westgate resorts or are we considered owners as far as use of these amenities while using our club week?

You are not considered an "owner". The cost is reduced, but there is a fee for the Waterpark of $13 per day per person. Unfortunately, the Waterpark was at capacity each day that we wanted to use it, so we were unable to get in. The pools are free and there are many to enjoy, some are not heated and the water was very, very cold. We were not charged for Wifi.
