Yes, but it is very loud, lots of people enthusiastically watching sports, many people drinking. Everyone was very respectful when I was there and I didn't witness any inappropriate behavior.
It is kid friendly but it is not a place that has a lot to offer for kids. It is essentially attached to a large sports bar/restaurant complex.
Yes, i went there for a Halloween party and i enjoyed the time, even when it was full you could walk arround and enjoy your night,
