I have had similar instances here.. it seems as if since they already have grill lines on the burger meat on them and are precooked that they think it only needs to be warm!
The funny thing is that I went in the resturant and saw a gentwlman in the front. To my surprise he was the cook (who attempted to take care of my complaints) stated that it had just came off the broiler! I then was quickly disturbed knowing that the broiler doesn't produce cold burgers. So looking eye ball to eye ball, I took the meat out of the wrapper and squeezed it a hard as I could and at the same time asked him the question "So you are telling me that this just came from the boiler" He then was stunned then got upset with me.... I said sir, why are you being the victim? You're not the one eating this!!
I so agree the worst one.
The short guy ( whatever is politically correct for oriental) has always instantly corrected any problems I have had t here. Just ask him.
