Richard Campbell is 100% correct. If you are watching salt and calorie intake then Paula Dean's is not the place to eat but if your looking for damn good food with taste that will blow your mind tjam this is the place but beware fo on an empty stomach.
You dont go to Paula Deans to eat and worry about healthy eating.
The food is cooked on a large scale. Outside of garnishing and prep there it's very little that can be done, but inform your wait staff and they can take some small actions and try and get your food closer to what you want. Unfortunately, the nature of that restaurant's business almost prohibits any specialty preparations. But I am sure they will do everything that is available to them to ensure you enjoy the experience.

I was told that everything is precooked and served. Less salt, sauce is not able to be requested.
