There is a parking lot next to resturant but it may take you a while to get a parking spot. They do offer the tram which has handicap park close to tram stop's. Hope this helps!

Any parking near the building is very limited and I wouldn't rely on it. Depending on your disability, there is a tram that runs from the parking lot to the main pedestrian area. There is still considerable walking involved on both sides of the tram ride.
