We waited under 30 minutes on a Sunday night.
There are no reservations but I did see where you could go online and get your name on the wait list. At every one I have been to, there is generally a wait but if the service or food is good that wait will not guarantee a bad review from me. I just advise to be prepared for a wait. Plus...how do they determine the wait time anyway?

YES, make reservations!! There is a very long wait time. But you can go to all the great shops, ride some rides, or enjoy the fountain light show, while you are waiting!
We had a group of 20 Tuesday night and we told 1.5 to 2 hours. Put our name down walked around and received our table ready text in an hour
We're was told it would be 2hours Friday afternoon it was just our son and my husband and me they said that we would get a text message and that never happened so about 2hours I went to ask the girl what was going on and she said it would still be a wait so I we were there 3 hours and finally after asking again they said we can go up so we did and they took this big party before us and when we got seated we had a waitress that could speak English to will like everyone else got and they told me that we could have separate checks my son had his own money and I would have paid for his if he didn't but I told the lady we would not pay for his so they said they would put us at another table so stupid so after waiting 3hours for a table and hungry it was late it was 10 at night we just left our teas biscuits and left there so sorry paula deens should go there and fix that place left a bad taste in my mouth for her eating places

I had the same experience as erin there was no wait time but we were waiting on our party so couldn't reserve
No reservations but they do have a text message waiting list so you can walk around the Island or hang out in their store waiting on your table. We were told during very busy hours last weekend to expect a 45-60 minute wait, however we were seated within 15 minutes. Table turnover is fairly quick unless the weather is bad and people are hiding from the rain
You're not able to make a reservation but can put your name on a wait list the day of. Our party of 7 did that while we were at The Island and they ended up getting us seated in about half the estimated wait time.
No reservations, we went as soon as we got to the island to put our name on the list (there was zero wait that day) but we figured if there had been a wait we would have just went shopping and enjoyed the fountain while we waited, then they text you when they're ready for you
