I'm sure there are busy times, but dont let people scare you, our wait on a weekday eve was 20 min. And you've got to go, its awesome!! All u can eat, there isn't one dish that isn't exceptional! Fried chicken and catfish, killer!!!
No, we tried to make reservations and couldn't. We got there a few minutes before 5:00 to get our name in and only had a 15 minute wait. This was on a Thursday evening though.
They don't take reservations or call ahead. Once you arrive make sure you put your name on the list. They'll tell you the approx wait time.
