I'm considering moving here & notice they have a lot of bad reviews. Are they really that bad? Have they gotten better over time?

Seriously, it's THAT bad. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT move here! It has been absolutely the most horrible experience ever. The first month I moved here somebody tried to break in! Criminals will watch your every move. No parking after 6. I’m paying for a fully renovated apartment minus the renovations. Need I say more?

I left summer of last year because the place had gone down. I would not recommend this place. 99.9% of the reviews are true especially my review.
