yes make sure you have a clean record no DV convictions. obviously no felony convictions. take your ID and fill out the forms they require you to fill and wait until you pass background check
Hi Samekh, First, what type of gun would you like? Handgun or long gun? If you're moving here you need to establish residency first for a handgun, you need to prove your a resident of the state you live in. A long gun can be purchased with an out of state license but we must follow the laws of the state on your license.
