They have a limited staff and have people blowing up their phones all day, so it's as frustrating for them as it is everyone else. They're all really good people over there, but not much you can do when the phone is blowing up all day
I know it's frustrating to try to get somebody there to answer the phone quicker but it seems like their phone never stops I've had to wait 20 25 minutes online on hold while they went and checked on a part that I needed but most of the time they have what I need so I wait to wait
