@ Sally Haldeman I've been going through the same thing I just went in person they took care of me fast I went to their website and nothing I just went in. I hope that this helps I think that going in person is better walk in
Due to covid the line is long but the wait wasn't too long. If it's not too far you're better off just going in. They measure temps at the counter for precaution.
