Same. 2 weeks so far. Even the main UPS number was unable to give me information or recourse for losing my package. This is ridiculous.
Same here - waiting for over 2 weeks for package. Checked w/ local postal service, same answer...their waiting for the the transfer from UPS MI. This UPS MI division is a total joke...plus no phone number anywhere to call them because they don't want irate people calling them about their packages.
Call the 1(800) number in Philadelphia
No call the place u ordered from so they can possibly get it traced
