I spoke with someone this morning regarding a flower arrangement that is not as specified! I was told I’d be sent a replacement which has not arrived! The flowers sent are not as pictured in your own website or the Teleflora specifications.

I can assure this isn't the norm with them. I've gotten flowers from them lots of times and was always happy. They will do everything necessary to make you happy !! Ask for Joanne the owner.. She is very nice ! Give her a chance to help you ..
