I had a scheduled phone appointment for today at 1:30pm. Waited all day by phone, but no one called me. I received a recorded message yesterday confirming this appointment. But still they never called?

If it's logistically possible could you go to the office in person. You may have to wait an hour but at least you will get your answers.
