Does to-go not answer calls for orders to be placed? I’ve called 3 times with no luck and when I clicked the option to call the host, she transferred me to To-go and no one ever answered.

I have never seen them do like a curbside service. They are pretty busy depending on the day and time.

Chuys is great: I would go back any time, the service was great and we waited a while but it was worth it. The waitress did an excellent job and food was terrific

I don't know. I have only been there a couple of times, and every food and service went very well. I have never called in , or taken any to-go order out, or seen any body taking anything out (but I did wonder about that).

I've never used the to go option. I do see the them taking things out the door constantly when I am there. May be super busy with a holiday weekend not sure
