Yes, all Arlington Public libraries have computers available for the the public. It is free for library card users or $1 per session for non library card users. Sessions are 45 minutes at Woodland West and 1 hour at all other locations.
Yes they do I am not sure about now cause of covid though if you don't have a library card with them then you have to pay for using the computer
