Yes and No. They do take walk-ins. But sometimes they are very busy and making an appointment is helpful. I have only been turned away once as a walk-in and that's because they told me the wait would be longer than an hour and everyone ahead of me had an appointment, with more appointments coming in. Which is completely understandable. They are very friendly there and great customer service.
I usually call ahead if time and make an appt with cindy herself. She does amazing work
