He was misleading in the beginning gave my daughter a set price in the beginning then went up $15 more after he was done & was very rough doing her nails made service uncomfortable for my daughter

Yes they do manicures I'm pretty sure they're around $15 depending on the polish ( regular / gel ) of choice I would bring $25 just to be safe.
