Yes, it is fenced in with a separate fenced in area for smaller dogs. The small dog area is under 20lbs. There is a place to get water, handicapped parking and you can usually find a ball or two just laying out and about. I know a few of us that go there will bring some tennis balls to leave. It really is a great dog park.

Yes there is two big fenced areas in the summer time they have kiddie pools for the dogs their seeding and there's shade and there's exercise equipment for the fur baby

Yes it is. My Belgian Malinois is very agile and could easily clear the fence if he wanted, but he's always too busy playing with everybody there to care about what's going on on the other side.
