I don't think they take Medicare. And yes, about 30k. My suggestion is to take out a couple of credit cards that have a long 0% intrductory rate and then make payments on them. We used Citi Diamond Preferred and Chase Discover It. I would stay away from Care Credit. They defer the interest, and if you dont have the balance paid off in time, you have to pay all of the back interest. Shady company. You don't need a healthcare-specific credit card.
