There is an extremely racist elderly woman that works at this location. Everytime I go to this Skillman location she tries to give me problems but I ignore here because I could care less as long as I get what I went in there for & go. So this last time I went in there. Which was yesterday. I walked in & was waiting a whole 5 minutes before another guy walked in for the old lady to walk straight to him as soon as he came in, walked straight pass me & immediately asked him how can she help him. I was blown away. So I asked her have you not seen me standing here for the last 5 minutes…you get the picture.. the rest is for the lawsuit I’m about to file for this behavior

This is my favorite UPS store to go to in my neighborhood. The service is quick and efficient. I’m here a lot since I usually have Amazon returns lol. And the owner was so kind to allow me to charge my phone once when it died in the middle of a return, it was past closing time! This is the Ups store to go to if you’re in the Lake Highlands area.
