Hello! Do I need an Appointment to have my dyson looked at? I had once spoke with a Dyson customer service person over the phone and they had sent info.about my vacuum to this service center so I'm wondering if I still need to call again

No you can just walk in They are really helpful

The Dyson Center is walk in service. You'll need to sign-in. They will check your vacuum serial number in the national system, and register it if not included. No need to call customer service again.
