Adrian and the rest of the staff are great and extremely helpful. To the point no bs and no unnecessary charges. These guys know their Dyson and I went in as a dissatisfied long term customer to a happy one. We will take their advice and come back to the store again.

I would give 0 stars but the system requires I at least 1 star to write a comment. What awful mess. For the part. The agent okayed to get me the cleaner head and told me it was covered under warranty. As soon as I mention that it was the 3rd time I g=have had it replaced. All the sudden he had a problem. He told me, if its 3rd time that the part is being replaced, that it was it was my fault. I told him how convent that he changed his story. What a joke, is what I told him. I told him that he was wrong and rude for what he said. And we argued back and forth. I left the store. He has the authority to change Dyson Policies. I will be contacting their corporate office.

Drove 30 min to have dyson vacuum serviced with new body components and even brought the components needed. Was told to just go home and do it myself. Asked about the service department but was ignored. I asked to buy a new part, but was told to do it online. What’s the point of even having a store? Seems like a waste of resources

Most of the time they are offering a trade in discount. But call just to be sure.
Not sure what stick head is but I did receive a receipt detailing what was repaired and the tech told me as well. Hope this helps.

Excellent. You stay in your car and they come out to your car and pick up the Dyson and repair it while you wait and then bring it back to your car. They all wear masks.

Hi Dina The brush bar can be removed via screw drive or by removing the end cap on each end. If you think we can perform this task at no charge.
