Does anyone else walk out of here after too many visits with glasses that are 100% useless? Also have you checked your receipt? Mine had $95 worth of unauthorized upcharges.

We've had a different experience. We've purchased toddler and women's glasses in October and January with our exam in August. Always wonderful experiences. Ms. V the office manager has always been available to assist. Always explains and shows billing before purchase. Picked out glasses and they were ready by checkout. I've always gone from 4p-6p. Please ask for Ms V to assist and express these comments.
