make sure if its a student they have the school form saying they are a current student that was filled out in the the last 30 days. We spent 3 hours only to realize the form had expired a few days before. CHECK all of your forms. We made an appt, got there an hour early and still had to wait 2 more hours. IT WAS TERRIBLE.
Yes...as far as best time, that depends on your luck...Anyhow, sooner the better...Also, go to your nearest TX DPS not DMV to get your permit. Good luck! 😎
