What kind of Appraisal is needed when trying to obtain a bonded title? I have called around and was told froma few RV locations that they do not do written appraisals.

You are given paperwork at the DMV and there's a form for the appraisal in the packet. If it's for an RV you're just going to have to call around till you find an RV place that gives you an appraisal. You're also going to need to get a VTR 68A form from your local enforcement verifying the RV is not stolen. After you have that you go back to the TDMV with $15 dollars and they will give you the letter you need with the bond amount to go to an insurance place and purchase the bond and then you can go to the court and get the title. If the vehicle is out of state 1st you need vin verification done then I believe you get a surety bond then go a local tax collector office. That's all I can say
