Sounds right to me.
If im not mistaking they told me 30 day's before I get the title. I went there after I got a letter saying paid in full so I went to the DMV trying to get title and they just got a efax of the title from the loan company saying it's clear of lien and I should get the title in 14 to 30 day's.
