They screen at all entries before patients and staff are allowed into the facility. You fill out a questionnaire, they check your temperature , you sanitize your hands, get a wrist band & face mask.
My best suggestion would be to call the doctor's office and ask them directly. As far as the emergency department, which is all I have experienced, it is not a requirement to have a test performed prior to entry.
