Yes to both! Our home used to be a maternity hospital in Salmon. We do have air conditioning in summer.
I'm not sure about the main house but they had window AC units in all the cabins. You can call and ask the owner, Sharon is very friendly.
I don't know about the old hospital. I don't think there is any ac in any of the units. One of the rooms separate from the main house is the what was it the carriage house. I have only stayed in the carriage house & one of the aditional new cabins on the property. & There is another larger cabin that i have been told is large with a full kitchen
