I live in Racine county. Can I get a library card for the Franklin library?

No. You need to be part of the Milwaukee Library system and live within Milwaukee County to check out materials from their libraries.

Unfortunately, I don't believe you can if your outside of Milwaukee county, but you can still utilize the library programs and resources just can't check things out. Perhaps talking to a librarian in person will give a more definitive answer. Waterford library is in Racine county though, and you could have access there if that helps.
