No, this is an open sided boat with roll down, clear rain shields. Not sure why anyone would want an enclosed tour

We had a different experience on the Ice Cream Social. It was a hot day last week and the boat was quite cool. I even stood next to the air conditioner at the base of the stairs on the lower level as it blasted cool air.
No there isn’t air conditioning on the boat, but you can sit at the top of the boat and it can be windy , yet a nice breeze
The ice cream social tour sure didn’t feel like it. Windows are cracked open so there is a breeze but it def didn’t feel cool on the boat.
No but all the large windows open and its very comfortable.
