If you can find street parking, yes it is free! If for some reason you can not find a spot, we do offer valet for $13 (cash). Normally if your arriving before 5-6pm you should be able to find something.
There is some free street parking close. I always use the valet it's not that expensive.
During events and weekends street parking is impossible to find use valet
