U can call 1800 habitat......talk to them. They do require sweat equity...someone from your group weould have to help i think ...and you would also have to qualify first

You might contact the city, you can call HFH but generally they reserve those types of problems for the elderly and disabled and they are normally things like making a wheelchair ramp etc.
