What is the cost of a new home there? Is there a manufacturer or dealer you refer to? Are there other options if i do not have my own trailer?

Our new custom-built homes start @ $100K.

It all depends on the size and upgrades you want to do. A new home can go up to $180,000+ if you choose the higher cost options. They have used/pre-owned options when people sell or move out. They are all handled by the owner/manager, no outside or personal sales. You can only use the builder/contractor the owner/manager uses, no outside contractor. You cannot bring in your own manufactured home.
