They also have an affordable housing program u can apply for as well... They have properties all over in valpo, portage, Michigan city, ect... It goes by the Indiana housing development income guidelines, as long as u make between a certain amount for the number of ppl in ur household, they will have u fill out an app for that and its a $30 app fee once u turn it in, if ur approved then they will place u in a place once becomes available..hope this was helpful for u!!
