Is the CDL you get from the free training transferable to other companies if you eventually leave?

I think after 6 months of driving for them, u can move on to work elsewhere or start your own business. What my son did. He drove a lot! But automatic transmission in trucks. He had his truck tricked out inside, Roku TV, playstation, and nice bed. More miles u go the more experience.Good Luck to you!
